Training:
Training is an essential requirement for effective Business Continuity management . It helps build a positive business continuity culture, improving the organisation’s “Enterprise Readiness”. Business Continuity Testing:
Research shows that while many companies have a business continuity management plan in place, most fail to regularly test it. Over time, people, processes and systems change to the point that plans simply don’t work anymore. The results following a business disruption can be catastrophic resulting in massive loss and reputational damage.
Testing your Business Continuity Management preparations will familiarise key staff with their roles and responsibilities, ensure any gaps or deficiencies are identified and provide assurance to key internal and external stakeholders that you have the capabilities to respond and recover from a business disruption.
