Once you have a fully functional Business Continuity Management Program in place, you need to ensure that all tools and procedures are kept up-to-date and relevant for the organisation. It is also imperative that you conduct periodic training for staff and testing of plans. Most organisations find this difficult to do internally due to lack of expertise and/or resources.
