OHS Audits
RiskLogic’s team of highly qualified OHS auditors can assist you with a range of Physical Safety or Program Audits depending on the needs of your organisation. All our audits are conducted in accordance with recognised Australian Standards and Codes of Practices.
Physical Safety Audits
Physical Safety Audits are conducted in the following areas to identify hazards that may affect the health and safety of employees within the workplace:

Upon completion of your Physical Safety Audit, RiskLogic will prepare a detailed report that outlines the findings of the audit/s, including photographs of identified hazards, a rating of the risk level presented by each hazard and recommendations for any areas requiring attention.
Program Audits
RiskLogic can conduct a comprehensive review of your current OHS program to assess its adequacy. Objectives of a Program Audit include:
- The quality and completeness of your current OHS procedures and documentation against legislative requirements and industry best practices.
- The quality of the program implementation in practice.
- Areas for improvement and suggested recommended actions.
To complete a Program Audit, RiskLogic will review existing OHS policies and procedures, review evidence of program implementation and meet with key personnel as required. A Program Audit will also review a range of materials to determine the adequacy of OHS documentation and its implementation. I.e. employee consultation arrangements, hazard reporting, incident and accident reporting, contractor management, etc.
Upon completion of your Program Audit, RiskLogic will prepare a detailed report that outlines the findings of the audit and recommendations for any areas requiring attention.
