Crisis Management Fundamentals Course

Crisis Management Fundamentals is a one-day, practical course designed to provide participants with an overview on the fundamentals of preparing for a crisis, managing a crisis, and communicating in a crisis using experiential techniques. The day ends with participants forming a Crisis Management Team and working their way through a simulated crisis, enabling them to put to practice the techniques learnt throughout the day.
