Incident Management Fundamentals Course

The Incident Management Fundamentals course ranges from 4.5 – 7 hours. It is a practical course designed to provide participants with an overview on the fundamentals of preparing for a critical incident, managing an incident, and communicating in an incident using experiential techniques. The day will end with participants forming a Critical Incident Management Team and working their way through a simulated incident, enabling them to put to practice the techniques learnt throughout the day.
